Appointments & Office Policies

We aim to make your visit to Montgomery Dental as smooth and pleasant as possible. Our team checks that you receive timely reminders, confirmations, and clear communication about your appointments.

We send hygiene reminders 3 to 4 weeks in advance and confirm appointments 2 to 5 days prior. Please give us at least 2 business days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

For your comfort, we offer a semi-private waiting room with free Wi-Fi, coffee, and water.

Insurance & Payment Policies

At Montgomery Dental, it’s your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage, including annual maximums, renewal dates, and limitations.

We offer direct billing as a convenience, but you must have a valid credit or Visa debit card, and your insurance must accept direct billing.
